This important approval comes after Mexico’s Secretariat of Social Work and Security (STPS) recognized Byrna’s less-lethal launchers as a key component of a DC-3 certification training program. Unlike previous general certification courses, this program, developed in partnership with Distribution Goel and a network of certified instructors in key regions such as Baja California, Veracruz, Jalisco, Mexico City and Puebla, is tailored specifically to Byrna products. The course covers key topics such as legal guidelines, product nomenclature, target practice and real-world scenario simulations, ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and practical aspects of using a Byrna launcher.
