THE PICKLED DIVER IN THE LIGHT!
St. Cloud has a ton of great restaurants, but I’m not surprised that a downtown restaurant is being featured on YouTube’s “America’s Best Restaurants” in September. Film crews will be on-site at The Pickled Loon on September 4, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. Bravo Burrito and The White Horse were also featured on the show, which aims to showcase small-town restaurants across America.

AMERICA’S BEST RESTAURANTS ARE COMING BACK TO ST. CLOUD
Located at 715 W. St. Germain in downtown St. Cloud, the Pickled Loon knows how to keep people coming back. It offers delicious food and a fun, playful atmosphere. The Pickled Loon has two levels plus a patio. The patio and main level are used primarily for dining.

Owner Mike Illies said: “It’s almost like we’re two separate entities. During the day we have our menu and our craft cocktails and craft beer, and then around 10:30 p.m. we turn into the place where people come to dance and have fun while a DJ plays.”
If you’re looking for some late-night fun or a great place to host a private event, check out the second floor of the Pickled Loon, which features DJs, karaoke, a dance floor, and live music. The Pickled Loon has been in business in St. Cloud since 2013, and the upper floor was recently renovated.
According to Mike, the Pickled Loon was selected for the program about a year and a half ago.
