Todd Stashwick joins Marvel’s Vision Show

Todd Stashwick, who played a key role in season three Star Trek: The Next Generationhas starred alongside Paul Bettany and James Spader in Marvel Studios’ untitled Vision series, the follow-up to the Emmy-winning WandaVision.

The actor is working again with Terry Matalas, the much-praised showrunner Picardwho is leading the new show, which is sometimes referred to as Vision Questalthough this is not the official title.

Bettany reprises the role of Vision, the android who fell in love with Scarlett Witch and was then destroyed by Thanos. Avengers: Infinity War. In WandaVisionHe returned through magic and the power of grief, but also as a rebuilt android, now ghostly white.

Spader reprises the role of Ultron, a sentient being created by Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, as a defense program, but who, as seen in the film, turned against humanity. Avengers: Age of Ultron. The series will be about Vision’s search for a new meaning in life. According to sources, Stashwick will play an assassin who is on the trail of an android and the technology it possesses.

The series is said to be the third part of a trilogy that began with WandaVision and continues in Agatha – All the timewhich will premiere on Disney+ in September. Filming for the new show is scheduled to begin in England in early 2025.
