There’s nothing I love more than a nice, local coffee shop. The other day I drove to Harold’s Fiasco at Big Lake Golf Resort and spotted this bright blue building.
I couldn’t stop thinking about it on the way to class, so I decided to stop on the way home and find out what it was.
To my surprise, it turned out to be a coffee shop, which is my love language. The place is called MiigWitches Brew.
Of course I had to stop and try it for myself. They offer a maple latte, chai latte, mochas, regular lattes, an Americano and brewed coffee.
I love all kinds of coffee but wanted to try something I had never heard of before. So I tried the Red Eye, a brewed coffee and espresso. I was ready for a productive afternoon!

I also got a drizzle of caramel and wow, it was delicious! I messed up by not taking a photo of it, but it was delicious and I was thirsty.
The cafe is located on the Fon du Lac Reservation on Big Lake Road. As it turns out, MiigWitches Brew opened in the summer, so the business is only a few months old!
MiigWitches Brew is open daily from 6am to 2pm. I have to go back and try a maple latte because that’s my favorite.

Next time you’re in the area or just craving a treat, stop by MiigWitches Brew. It’s worth the drive! It might just be the smallest, cutest cafe around.
