After the events in Final Fantasy XIVSquare Enix sometimes adds rewards from it to the official store a year later when the activity returns to the game. This just happened with The Rising 2023 Phoenix and his pipe, which was released in FFXIV Online shop for the “Reborn Phoenix” mount.
The Reborn Phoenix mount costs $12 in FFXIV Online Store. You will receive the Rising Phoenix Whistle, which allows you to summon the bird your avatar can ride.
