INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — UPDATE as of 16:00: One person was arrested Monday following a standoff with the SWAT team in Incline Village.
On August 26, at approximately 2:15 p.m., WCSO officers responded to a call reporting an unknown disturbance in the 300 block of Alder Court. Witnesses in the area reported hearing what they believed to be gunshots.
Upon arrival, officers encountered an armed individual barricaded inside the residence. After a brief standoff, the suspect surrendered and was arrested. No injuries were reported and there is no ongoing threat to the public related to this incident.

Due to heavy police presence, the Washoe County Sheriff has imposed a curfew on residents in the Alder Court area of Incline Village.
The order affects residents (highlighted in purple) in the area of Alder Court, Alder Ave., Cottonwood Court and some residents of Northwood Blvd.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking everyone to avoid the area until further notice.
