Universal Groceries, 2256 Broad St. (All repeat violations: cheese dated 7/10 and 8/5 discarded, plus one with no date but showing signs of aging; fruit flies still present, dead house flies in refrigerator; smoked chicken thighs unlabeled; violation notice sent to owner but no response or attention for violations originally noted on August 7) Also seven non-critical violations.
