13 – 19 August. Attack on a gas station.

Last week, a vehicle was reported stolen. Police caught a speeder in a school zone. There were several arrests for shoplifting.

Robbery– 6600W Atlantic Blvd Marathon Gas

Two unknown men (Hispanic and Black) approached the two victims. Victim 1 was punched in the face multiple times and a black backpack containing a tablet was stolen. Victim 2 was sprayed in the face with pepper spray. Both victims are homeless and hang out in this area. Time: 08/19/24 – 10:55 p.m.

THEFT

Grand theft– 405 N State Road 7

Louise Felicia Pierre, 40, was charged with aggravated theft in 1^st Graduation, obtaining property valued over $5,000, fraud – identity fraud – use of identification without permission, and making false statements to a financial institution on August 13.

Burglary transport -Country Club Dr

Between 08:00, 08/07/2024 and 08:00, 08/05/2024. Reported: 08/13/2024. Estimated total loss: $800.

Burglary transport – Bankenstrasse

Around 04:20 am.14.08.2024. Unknown persons entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle. The persons left the scene before the police arrived. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Stolen vehicle – Bank Street.

On August 16th between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. the vehicle was missing from the parking lot; a black 2019 Dodge Charger, no license plate.

Car theft -SW 7. Kt.

Time/Date: Happened overnight (8/18/24-8/19/24). On 8/19/2024 at approximately 5:30 am, the victim entered her unlocked vehicle and noticed that the contents of her vehicle had been moved. The victim believes someone entered her unlocked vehicle and searched the glove box and center console. The victim then left for work and when she returned home, she notified police. The victim reported that her work ID was missing from the vehicle.

Anthony Jerome Davis, 48, was arrested on August 13 for second-degree petit larceny or third or subsequent offenses and resisting an officer by violent obstruction. Estimated total loss: $150.

Merle David Richardson, 65, was arrested on August 14 for second-degree petty theft or another offense. Estimated total loss: $126.

Derron Dwayne Nelson, 30, was arrested for petty theft 1^st Degree Property $100 Estimated total loss: $42.

Anthony Torres, 43 was arrested on August 15 for petty theft and released on summons. Torres stole eight bottles of Dove shower gel and ten deodorant sticks. Some items were confiscated. Estimated total loss: $37.

Tobias Moore, 33, was arrested on felony charges: Fleeing with personal injury or property damage, Tampering with or falsifying evidence, Distribution/Delivery of Schedule 1 or 2 synthetic narcotics, Fleeing with disregard for the safety of persons or property, Driving on a suspended license – 3rd or subsequent offense, Resisting an officer – Obstruction without use of force, Reckless driving – 1^st Criminal offense and hit-and-run with property damage on August 13th.

Khaleel Ky-Won Carey, 20, was arrested on August 13 for illegally carrying a concealed weapon and violating side window and windshield protection regulations.

Samantha Smith, 38, of Georgia, was arrested on August 13 for driving without a license (3rd or subsequent offense), charged with speeding in a school zone and failure to provide proof of liability insurance. Traffic stop for speeding in school zone (39 mph in a 15 mph zone). Smith has a prior conviction for aggravated criminal damage – TOT BSO
