WICHITA, Kansas. – On Tuesday, August 27, Spirit AeroSystems, a global leader in aerostructures manufacturing, will launch its official podcast, “The Shop Floor.” The podcast will be available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Google Podcasts and YouTube.
This podcast is unique in that it highlights the history and important commercial and defense programs of Spirit AeroSystems.
The Shop Floor highlights the workforce of more than 20,000 employees in the United States and abroad. The program, hosted by Spirit spokesman Joe Buccino, also tells the history of the company as well as the story of the birth of aviation in Wichita, KansasHeadquarters of the company Spirit and is considered the aviation capital of the United States.
