A man is dead after a shooting at a gas station in Dayton on Sunday, a Dayton Police sergeant confirmed to the seven emergency responders on the scene of the News Center.

Police and paramedics responded to reports of a shooting at the Shell gas station on the corner of W Third Street and Gettysburg Avenue before 6:45 p.m.

The sergeant said when officers arrived on scene, they found two people with gunshot wounds.
Two men were taken to a local hospital, one of them suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The other man succumbed to his injuries, the sergeant said. His identity was not immediately known.

According to the sergeant, a woman was grazed by a bullet.
News Center 7 responding crews saw more than a dozen Dayton Police cruisers, police tape outside the gas station, and two firearms.
