Hyderabad: Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Saturday urged party leaders and cadres to strategically use Social Media to highlight the achievements of the Congress government in India and expose the failings of the previous BRS government in the state and the present BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.
