Regional gasoline prices remained stable at $3.48 per gallon of regular gasoline on Monday, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
The average fuel price in the Central Atlantic region has fallen by about 9 cents since last month. According to the EIA, gas prices across the region last year were as low as $3.18 on January 15, 2024, and as high as $3.85 on August 7, 2023.
A year ago, the average price of gasoline in the Central Atlantic region was $3.84 per gallon, ten percent higher.

The average price of gasoline in the United States last week was $3.41, putting prices in the Central Atlantic region about 1.8 percent higher than the national average. The average national price of gasoline is down from last week’s average of $3.45 per gallon.
Prices in the Central Atlantic states, as determined by the U.S. Energy Information Administration, include Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
