Before this countdown began, stories of undrafted free agents making their mark in the NFL seemed few and far between. However, Everson Walls is another free agent talent who made his mark on the Cowboys franchise. The Grambling State graduate played nine seasons with the Cowboys and made quite a name for himself during that time. During his time in Dallas, Walls went to four Pro Bowls and was named to the First Team All-Pro in 1983. Walls also has a Super Bowl ring to brag about. Unfortunately, it came with the New York Giants.

Everson Walls’ career with the Cowboys is not talked about enough. With so much emphasis on interceptions these days, Walls had 44 in his nine seasons with Dallas, including seasons of 11, 9, and 7. Walls is the No. 24 leader and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
