Double Double Toil and Trouble, can I have a caramel macchiato please?
I am SO excited for Halloween. It’s almost here and I can’t wait to see all the decorations, costumes, movies, and coffee. And the coffee? Yes, I don’t mean Pumpkin Spiced Latte season, but a brand new coffee shop opening in Louisville.
At Witches Brew Coffee you’ll definitely find pumpkin spice, but this version is covered in white chocolate, reminiscent of Harry Potter’s butterbeer.
This place at 1813 Frankfort Avenue is truly like walking into a magical shop in Hogsmeade meets an enchanted voodoo shop in New Orleans.
Owner Mariah Wilson has worked so hard to bring her vision to life. And WOW, what a great atmosphere.
The eclectic pictures and artwork on the wall, the curios and shelves filled with spooky knick-knacks, crystals and metaphysical goodies are beautiful and creepy and oh-so-cool. I mean, that doll is DEFINITELY cursed.
Anyone fancy a froggy Ouija?
“Ditch,” the deer witch, is the head potion mistress who oversees all the spells and beers behind the bar.
Mariah invites you: “Come in and let yourself be transported to a world where comfort meets magic. Whether you are looking for a potion to start your day, a quiet corner to do magic (or just read) or a meeting place for your group of friends, we have the right thing for you!”
Excitement is building as people learn about this new, enchanting shop. The grand opening is scheduled for August 30th, with free tarot readings for the first 78 customers of the day. A perfect way to introduce everyone to the witchy world of Witches Brew Coffee!
