ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Calling all doughnut lovers in East Cincinnati – a new doughnut shop is opening in Anderson Township.
Parlor Doughnuts, a national gourmet doughnut and coffee concept, is opening its first Cincinnati-area and Ohio store on Saturday, August 17. The store is located at 7835 Beechmont Avenue.
Parlor offers a variety of baked goods but is known for its “famous layered doughnuts.” Flavors of the layered doughnuts include French toast, maple bacon, cookies ‘n cream, churro, coconut cream filled, strawberry shortcake, dreamsicle, and many more.
In addition to the layered doughnuts, Parlor also offers vegan and gluten-free options, keto-friendly items, breakfast treats, specialty coffee drinks, and more. Click here to see the shop’s full menu.
The doughnut shop was founded in 2019 in Evansville, Indiana by Darrick Hayden, his son Noah and restaurateur Josh Tudela. The Anderson Township franchise shop is owned by co-owners Cody Parrent and Adam Atwood.
“We are thrilled to bring Parlor’s products, brand and mission to Cincinnati – a place that values great food, offers Midwestern hospitality and is proud to call the Queen City home,” said Parrent and Atwood.
Parrent and Atwood said they wanted to create a “place that encourages conversation and community,” reminiscent of an old-fashioned 20th-century Victorian living room designed to be a conversation center.
“Our ownership group is excited to bring your community a company that values giving back, including a passion for active military members, veterans and first responders,” the owners said.
Atwood and Parrent also plan to open six more stores in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
The Anderson Township shop is open seven days a week. Here’s when you can get your doughnut filled:
- Monday-Saturday — 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday — 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
