Private financial website WalletHub today released its Best and Worst Community Colleges report, as well as its rankings of the states with the best and worst community colleges. Maryland ranked first among states with the best community college system, while Montgomery College ranked 10th among all community colleges in the country and 10th in Maryland.
WalletHub compared more than 650 community colleges on 18 key indicators of cost and quality. The dataset ranges from the cost of in-state tuition and fees to student-to-faculty ratio and graduation rate:
