The specialist dealer LL Flooring has announced this has filed for bankruptcy and will close 94 branches throughout the country.
The company started voluntary reorganisation procedure when it found itself buried in nearly $110 million in long-term debt.
LL Flooring, formerly known as Lumber Liquidators, is known for its offering a wide selection of floor coveringsincluding solid wood and parquet, laminate, vinyl and tiles as well as related accessories such as moldings, subfloors and tools.
The company said sluggish home sales and high interest rates have contributed to the financial difficulties.
