MAYS LANDING – The fourth annual Bark in the Pak will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Atlantic County 4H Fairgrounds, 3210 Route 50. This dog-friendly fundraiser is hosted by Absecon Veterinary Hospital to benefit its nonprofit charity, Laddie’s Legacy, which provides financial assistance to families who cannot afford life-saving treatment for their pets.
Bark in the Park will feature local vendors selling dog-themed jewelry, crafts, clothing, gifts and treats, and more. There will also be food trucks, a beer garden featuring craft beer from Dr. Brewlittles Beer Company, and plenty of dog-friendly games and activities.
Admission to Bark in the Park is $7 per person, children under 12 and dogs are free. Dogs must be people and dog friendly and have current vaccinations.

· Human/Animal Zen Center

· Journey to Jerusalem for dogs
· Cake eating contest human versus dog
· Painting a dog’s nose
· Face painting (for humans)
· Duck pond
· Raffle baskets
· Workshop for future veterinarians (additional fee – registration and prepayment required)
The cost for vendors is $60. The cost for food trucks is $100.
