Dancing With The Stars fans furious over ‘creepy’ Gene Simmons: ‘Worst guest judge ever’

ABC’s Dancing With the Stars brought out a new guest judge for Hair Metal Night, rock legend Gene Simmons… although he rubbed a lot of fans the wrong way.

The 75-year-old KISS frontman and bassist joined judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli on Tuesday’s episode, which included dancing to ’80s hair metal hits like Cherry Pie, Rock You Like a Hurricane and more were shown.

However, fans weren’t too thrilled with Simmons’ sexually suggestive comments, with many claiming he was the worst guest judge in the show’s 33 seasons.

Even host Alfonso Ribeiro seemed to disagree with Simmons and responded with a rather snarky comment.

As a result, there was also a double elimination of two fan favorites: Reginald VelJohnson and Eric Roberts.

When Simmons commented on a performance, he usually commented on the dancer’s appearance, which many viewers described as “creepy.”

He told Danny Amendola and Witney Carson he couldn’t figure out what was “hotter, hotter, hotter.”

He called Reginald VelJohnson’s partner Emma Slater “a beautiful woman” and said that Chandler Stevens “fogged up my glasses” and that she “touched me not only with your movements and such, but also with your beautiful face.”

Many took to social media on Tuesday to express their frustration, such as @gray_dwts, who said: “From sweet Ilona screwing up to the torture that tortured her even more during elimination , to Chandler’s underscore and the same dance seen practically 500 million times, to that fucking scary ass.” “Ass Judge Gene” that night was a blast.’

@bambiisugars added: “Gene Simmons was the worst guest judge on Dancing with the Stars…” I guess there was definitely entertaining television.’

@MCMiddleton addressed Ribeiro’s comment near the end of the show, which he made after Phaedra Parks and Val Chmerkovskiy’s routine.
