Ravens vs. Bengals Week 5: Open thread

The Baltimore Ravens’ first divisional matchup will take place in Week 5 when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals.

For the Ravens, this game is about proving themselves as a contender. They took care of business against the Buffalo Bills and reminded everyone why they are great at their best. But can they make it on the road? Against a division opponent?

Defensively, they must contain the Bengals’ star pass-catching unit. Entering this game, the defense had allowed the fourth-most passing yards in four weeks (1,033). This is a flawless test.

For the Bengals, it’s about getting back on track. They also got off to a slow start this season with a 0-3 start. They are playing catch-up. A win over the Ravens, who are just one game out of the AFC North lead, would be significant.
