Ice hockey, DEL: Clap for Iserlohn in Bremerhaven – Ice hockey – Sport

Hane makes a mistake on his debut

Bremerhaven dominated the first third from the start, but needed a mistake from Iserlohn’s goalie Hendrik Hane, who was in the Roosters’ goal for the first time, to take the lead. He stopped a long pass unnecessarily. Dominik Uher took advantage of this, grabbed the puck and played into the slot, where Fabian Herrmann scored to make it 1-0 (10th). After that, the Sauerlanders also had a few good opportunities, but no luck with the goals. On the other hand, Hane made up for his mistake with a strong save.

In the second half of the game, little happened on either side until Ross Mauermann increased the score to 2-0 for the home team (25′). From then on, from Iserlohn’s perspective, disaster began. Justin Büsing (28th), Dominik Uher (32nd) and Matthew Abt (37th) significantly increased the score to 5-0. Not much happened in the final third. Iserlohn wanted to at least score the consolation goal; Shane Gersich (50th) and Zack Osburn (59th) had the best chances.
