Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management has announced plans for a new building on the Evanston campus designed for collaboration in a technology-enabled space.

The building is the centerpiece of the school’s Full Circle Campaign, a $600 million fundraising effort aimed at strengthening Kellogg’s position as an MBA school and reinventing business education. It will be the current James L Allen Center building at 2169 Campus Dr. next to the Kellogg Global Hub.

“Kellogg has always been a leader in business education by creating exceptional experiences for students while advancing groundbreaking research that shapes business and society,” said Michael Schill, president of Northwestern and Kellogg Professor of Finance and Real Estate, in the Press release about the announcement.

“The new building and the Full Circle campaign will take this work to a new level, enriching Kellogg’s facilities on the Evanston campus and attracting students from around the world,” Schill said.

Evanston residents can expect the project to begin in winter 2025 and be completed in fall 2027. The building will close after Thanksgiving this year. The demolition will last from January to April in the winter of 2025.
