Meghan Trainor hasn’t been much of a street fighter during her 15-year recording career – including 10 years as a major label artist – and has been kept off the streets by vocal cord surgeries, starting a family and other matters.

But the Massachusetts-born “All About That Bass” hitmaker is back this year with a new album, “Timeless,” and a tour that includes nearly 30 songs from her last six studio albums and a chart that includes seven Top 20 singles. Trainor, 30, has also been featured on songs by Charlie Puth, Who Is Fancy, Jason Mraz and more.

It’s the biggest gig yet for Trainor, who began singing in church at age six, played in bands at age 12, studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston and released three albums on her own before signing her label deal. “All About That Bass” took her to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2014 and two years later she won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist…
