A woman who once worked as a hairdresser and make-up artist Garth Brooks says the country singer would make “repeated comments” to her about “having a threesome” with his wife, Trisha Yearwood.

It is one of several allegations made by the hairdresser, identified as Jane Roe, in a complaint filed Thursday in state court in California. She also accused Brooks, 62, of sexual assault and battery and described several incidents, including an alleged rape in a hotel room in 2019.

“Mr. Doe is desperate to prevent his millions of fans from knowing about the terrible things he said and did to a young female employee who did nothing to deserve such treatment,” the complaint states, referring to to Brooks as “Mr. Doe.”

The lawsuit says Roe and Brooks were traveling together on Brooks’ private jet to Los Angeles at the time of the alleged rape.
