The celebrities who will be on Pat Sajak’s final ‘Wheel of Fortune’ spins

Legendary Wheel of Fortune Host Pat Sajak is preparing for his last hurrah and bringing some friends with him.

Although Ryan Seacrest has replaced 77-year-old Sajak as host of the current 42nd season of the original “Wheel of Fortune,” Sajak will appear on another season of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune,” which pits a number of celebrities against a prize of Compete for $1 million. The first group of celebrities was revealed in a report by Weekly entertainment published on Thursday, October 3rd.

Rainn Wilson, Ellie Kemper and Oscar Nuñez from The office; Josh Gad, Justin Long and Rachael Harris from New girl; Sam Richardson, Randall Park and Matt Walsh from Veep; and Tiffany Haddish and Regina Hall of Girls trip and was part of the first round of celebrity candidates. The cast also includes Joe Manganiello, Katharine McPhee, Andrew Rannells and Cameron Brink. Accordingly Weekly entertainmentAdditional guests will be announced shortly.

The famous host appeared on his final episode of Wheel of Fortune already in June. In an interview on Good morning AmericaSajak sat down with his daughter Maggie, 29, where he expressed his gratitude for more than four decades on the show.

“At some point we became more than just a popular show,” he said. “We became part of popular culture. And more importantly, we became part of people’s lives. And that was terribly gratifying.”

Now Maggie continues her father’s legacy as she does Wheel of Fortuneis a social media correspondent.

Pat’s return for his final season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune will see him joined by his Vanna White Wheel of Fortune Co-host for more than three decades.

Celebrity Wheel of Fortune Premieres Monday, October 14th at 8pm EDT on ABC.
