Seahawks vs. Lions scores and live updates: NFL Monday Night Football highlights, how to watch and odds

The battle of backup quarterbacks in Miami is somehow going worse than expected. Boos rain down on the field as the Dolphins head to the locker room. Tyler Huntley has a hard time running Mike McDaniel’s complicated offense. Not much was asked of the former Baltimore Ravens quarterback as most of his passes came in the form of screens and short attempts. He didn’t do that well – he only managed 35 yards on 7-for-10 passes. A reverse pass to Tyreek Hill failed, resulting in a fumble and subsequent recovery by the Titans. Miami was generally undisciplined. Duke Riley nearly cost the Dolphins another turnover with a live punt, but replays showed Tennessee barely touched the ball before Riley parried it. On the ensuing drive, an unsuspecting Huntley was thrown past him with a shotgun.

Mason Rudolph, on the other hand, handled his job adequately. He’s being asked to do a little more than Huntley (understandably so. Rudolph was there all offseason while Huntley arrived two weeks ago), and he clearly outperforms Will Levis, who left with an injury in the first quarter. The most impressive moment came in the final seconds of the half when Rudolph Boyd hit Boyd with a 26-yard pass for the longest play of the night. Rudolph was able to push the team to the line of scrimmage and kick the ball with one second left, setting up the Titans’ third field goal.
