He carried the ball 25 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns, an average of six yards per carry.

The FOX Sports sideline reporter revealed, “He spends more than a quarter of a million dollars on what he calls personal care.”

“No fried foods, no dairy, no gluten, no artificial sugar. During the season, don’t eat until four or five o’clock, maybe have a banana or avocado before training.”

Included in the price is a personal chef to prepare all of Henry’s meals.

His epic fitness program also includes cold therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and massage therapy.

During the offseason, Henry trains twice daily at the SandersFit Performance Center in Dallas.

He trains seven days a week, which means he has NO breaks.

His training program includes hill running, including up to 10 sprints on a 100-yard hill.

Henry does hammer curls with 80-pound dumbbells to train his arms.

And he does Bulgarian split squats with 120-pound dumbbells to work his legs.

In the off-season, his first meal is around 1 p.m. During the season he only eats at 4 or 5 p.m. and then again around 8 p.m.

When he eats, the portions are huge.

He also avoids fried foods, gluten, dairy or artificial sugar.

“I probably eat three chicken breasts, some rice and broccoli,” he said.

“Then there are gluten-free pancakes, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, fried potatoes and a steak.”

Before training he eats kale, an avocado or a banana energy.

He also takes infusions containing vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 and other nutrients three days a week.

Henry can certainly afford these huge expenses to stay in top shape.

He recently signed a two-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens worth $16 million.
