Here’s how to watch and stream Week 4 of the 2024-2025 NFL season live online for free without cable: Fox, CBS, NBC, ESPN

Five teams remain undefeated in the NFL after three weeks of play – and some of them may not be the ones you expected at the start of the season.

The Seahawks and Vikings are perfect so far this season (as are the Bills, Chiefs and Steelers). Last season, neither Seattle nor Minnesota even made it to the wild card round of the playoffs.

Both have to work to stay undefeated this week. The Vikings face the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, while Seattle faces the Lions on Monday night. Both are well on their way to playing games that shouldn’t be missed.

Planning on sitting back and enjoying the action? There is more than one way to do this. Here’s everything you need to know about this week’s games.

How can I watch NFL games for free even if I’m not in the market?

The best way to watch any type of network programming on a big screen for free is with a good HD antenna. To ensure you get the most reliable signal, be sure to test the antenna in several locations around your home.

Can I stream 2024 NFL games live online if I don’t have a cable subscription?

You can – and have – several options.

Paramount+

CBS’ streaming service gives you a one-week free trial, followed by a monthly fee of $8 or $13. (An annual plan is currently just $30.)

peacock

NBC’s streaming service gives you access to multiple games, including all upcoming Sunday night games. The monthly fee is $8 to $14 – and the service recently eliminated the free trial. (The free version of Peacock does not include live sports.)

Disney+

Disney’s bundle of Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ no longer has a free trial, so you’ll have to pay $17 per month for all three combined (or $30 per month if you don’t see any ads on Hulu).

Adding live TV to the package increases the price to $77 per month ($90 without ads).

Hulu with live TV

The free trial of this service lasts three days. After that, it will cost you $77 per month.

YouTubeTV

After a free trial, you can expect to pay monthly fees of $73.

Sling TV

Dish Network’s Sling’s lower “Orange” plan will set you back $40 per month. Adding the more comprehensive “Blue” plan increases the cost to $55 per month. Unfortunately, the seven-day free trial has disappeared.

DirecTV stream

Formerly known as DirecTV Now, AT&T TVNow and AT&T TV, this oft-renamed streaming service costs $80 per month and up after the free trial. (The package that includes NFL Network costs $99 per month.)

Fubo TV

This sports-focused cord-cutting service operates broadcast networks in most markets. There’s a seven-day free trial, followed by monthly fees of $80 and up depending on the channels you choose.

Can I watch NFL games on Amazon?

Not today. Amazon is the home of Thursday Night Football, with the exception of Thanksgiving (although it does air a game on Black Friday). The first duel on Amazon this year is the game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Atlanta Falcons on October 3rd.

Does the NFL offer viewing packages to watch the games I want?

Actually there are three.

NFL app

The NFL app allows you to stream games broadcast locally in your market on Sundays. If you want to see an out-of-market game, you have two options.

NFL+

Watch local and out-of-market games live and (with the premium subscription) replays. Expect to pay a fee of $50 per season. ($100 for the reward.)

NFL Sunday Ticket

YouTube is once again the home of this channel. Pricing this year starts at $73 per month for Sunday Ticket and YouTubeTV or $449 for Sunday Ticket only (covering all out-of-stock games this season).
