Kane Brown jokes about the hardest part of baby No. 3 with his wife Katelyn

Kane Brown loves his family like he loves country music.

The “Miles On It” singer walked the red carpet with his leading lady wife at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee on September 26 Katelyn Jae Brownbut without her children in tow. And Kane – who is the father of daughters Kingsley Rose4, and Kodi Jane2, as well as son Krewe Allenborn in June, joked that he was having a hard time adjusting to life in a family of five.

““I’m not loved anymore,” Kane joked E! News Co-host Keltie Knight. “Yes, all my girls love my son now.”

All jokes aside, the country singer is “excited” for his son’s — and his family’s — future.

““I hope he plays sports,” Kane continued. “There’s so much music in our lives that maybe he could pick that up, but I’m hoping he’ll just pick up being a baseball player or a basketball player, something like that. “My daughters too. I love sports.”

The ceremony on September 26th – moderated by Shania Twain– it will be safe A big evening for the 30-year-old, because he will be honored with it Awarded as national champion. And while Kane will be one of the night’s biggest honorees, no matter how many awards he takes home, it’s not lost on the singer how far he’s come since his early days in country music — and with what impostor syndrome he faced.

“Everything I’ve been through is a part of my life that got me here,” Kane said Today in 2023. “And I’m actually proud of it. Even though a lot of things were hard and hard and you didn’t know what the outcome would be. But I feel like that’s what made me who I am today.

As he put it: “It made me strong. It made me want to give back to people and it humbled me. And it just made me proud of who I am and where I come from.”
