All the artists performing at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards

Rejoice country fans, the second annual People’s Choice Country Awards are here.

At last year’s event, Morgan Wallen was named People’s Artist of the Year, Jelly Roll was named Male Artist of the Year, and Lainey Wilson was honored as Female Artist of the Year. Country icon Toby Keith also made his final television appearance before his death from stomach cancer, a deep and somber rendition of “Don’t Let The Old Man In.”

Long-term The voice Coach Blake Shelton won Social Country Star, an award he didn’t understand but readily accepted. “I don’t even know what that means, but if the fans want me to have it, I’ll fucking put it on my mantle! Thank you, country music fans. That’s right! That’s right, social media.” ! Yes!” he said to laughter and applause.

This year’s ceremony will be just as exciting, celebrating both new and old favorites. The country’s biggest stars will be in attendance as both performers and presenters, not to mention the nominees and winners. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, the ceremony will be hosted by none other than “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” singer Shania Twain, who is also nominated for the 2024 concert tour thanks to her greatest hits residency in Las Vegas.

“The country has some of the most passionate music fans and we artists are very fortunate to be supported to do what we love,” Twain said in a statement. “It is an honor to host an awards show that celebrates these amazing fans. Get ready for an unforgettable show with lots of hair, glamour, rhinestones, hats, boots and incredible performances. Dizzying!

Miranda Lambert will receive the Country Icon Award at the 2024 People’s Choice Awards
