Catherine Zeta-Jones strips off as a birthday present for Michael Douglas

Catherine Zeta-Jones stripped down to her nude body in honor of her husband Michael Douglas’ 80th birthday.

In an Instagram post, the 55-year-old showed her gift idea.

Zeta-Jones posed completely nude in the throwback photo. The actress stared into a mirror, wearing only black heels and with her hair slicked back.

“In my Adam costume! After sharing my birthday with my husband for over 25 years, I’m starting to run out of gift ideas!” Zeta-Jones wrote in an Instagram post. “That’s gift option two, golf balls are option one… of course.”

“Happy birthday to Michael and me!!,” she wrote under another Instagram post“This was us on our birthday 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart.”

Douglas, for his part, shared a photo of the “Chicago” actress with his own tribute.

“To my birthday sister, I love you with all my heart!” he wrote in the caption. “May your new year be the best!”

In an interview with WSJ Magazine in 2021, the actress revealed that the secret to her successful marriage is their strong bond.

“My husband is 25 years older than me, that’s no secret,” said the actress. “As in any relationship, it wouldn’t be normal if there weren’t ups and downs. The constant is love and respect. We’ve never lost our sense of humor and enjoy each other’s company.”

“My husband and I spend a lot of time together because, unlike a lot of couples, we’ve never had a 9-to-5 job where there’s always a set time,” she told the outlet. “Either we’re working or we’re off. I literally work 16 hours a day or I don’t work. He does the same or he doesn’t. So we’ve had a lot of time in our relationship where we’re just ourselves.”

Douglas and Zeta-Jones have two children together: Dylan and Carys. The two are now adults and Douglas said it was a “pleasure” to be around them.

“Especially when you don’t force them,” he said during an appearance on the “Today” show in April. “(I) said, ‘Catherine, look, they actually want to hang out with us.’ I said, ‘You know, that’s good.'”

“But we have good trips,” the actor noted. “We seduce them with great destinations.”
