Braylon Mullins only has three schools left.

The Greenfield-Central basketball star, a promising junior, will choose Indiana, North Carolina or UConn as his college destination, he announced Tuesday.

The 6-5 Mullins officially visited Indiana over the weekend, along with AAU teammate Trent Sisley, who committed to IU on Monday. Mullins officially visited North Carolina the weekend before and UConn in early August. He had previously whittled his list down to a top-10 that also included Kentucky and Michigan, both of which were heavily involved.

Osterman: Mike Woodson has gone where the talent is, and in the class of 2025, that is his own backyard.

Mullins is one of the most coveted recruits in the country and is ranked as the No. 23 national prospect for 2025 in the 247Sports Composite. As a junior at Greenfield-Central, he averaged 25.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.2 steals per game and made 43% of his three-point shots.

Indiana offered Mullins a scholarship in September 2023, while UConn and North Carolina have stepped up their recruitment recently, with both schools offering a scholarship in May. UConn coach Danny Hurley and North Carolina coach Hubert Davis visited Mullins at his high school this month.

Indiana coach Mike Woodson and his staff also visited Mullins. With Sisley already on board and five-star guard Jalen Haralson set to make his decision between Indiana, Notre Dame and Michigan State on Wednesday, it’s possible IU could pull off a sweep for the highly touted trio.
