The third week of the NFL ends with a “Monday Night Football” doubleheader: the (0-2) Jacksonville Jaguars away against the (2-0) Buffalo Bills and the (0-2) Cincinnati Bengals host the (1-1) Washington Commanders.
The Jaguars-Bills game starts at 6:30 p.m. Arrowhead Time on ESPNWJAX (CBS/47-Jacksonville and WIVB (CBS/4-Buffalo). The Bengals-Commanders game is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. Arrowhead Time on ABC — locally on KMBC/9.
Accordingly FanDuel Sports BettingBuffalo is a 5.5-point favorite over Jacksonville, while Cincinnati is a 7.5-point favorite over Washington.
The Jaguars come to western New York without a win, but have allowed fewer than 20 points in each of their games – most recently in an 18-13 loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 2. The Bills just crushed the Miami Dolphins 31-10 on Thursday Night Football.
The winless Bengals are probably still in shock from their 26-25 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs – while the Commanders scored seven field goals in their last game to beat the New York Giants 21-18.
I think we will see both winless teams get a win: Jacksonville will win 24-20 and Cincinnati will win 27-13.
