Normanton Park, Parc Clematis and more: The 10 best condos for rent in Singapore (Q4 2023)

Will rental prices fall in 2024? According to our latest Singapore Property Market Outlook 2024, the rental market in Singapore appears to be regaining its footing after its high in 2023.

By the end of 2023, nearly 20,000 housing units were completed, including private residential properties and executive condominiums (ECs). In parallel with more homeowners moving into their new homes since the second half of 2023, demand for rental properties has declined somewhat. With more developments receiving their Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2024, this could also lead to more rental listings entering the market.

If you’re looking for a rental soon, this might sound like good news. Before you browse all the rentals on PropertyGuru, check out the most popular condos among renters in Q4 2023!
