Don’t be surprised if you see the Stallone sisters – Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet – in the Hamptons soon.
As Gimme Shelter can reveal, we’ve heard that her father, “Rocky” legend Sylvester Stallone, has signed a contract to purchase a state-of-the-art eight-bedroom home in East Hampton for her.
The contract is close to the asking price of $24.95 million – and sources say it’s an all-cash deal. The sale isn’t finalized yet, so the final price hasn’t been determined.
The purchase, we hear, is the talk of the town in Palm Beach, where 77-year-old Sly of Hell’s Kitchen and his wife, 55-year-old former model Jennifer Flavin, live as the only children in a $35 million mansion.
Spies say Stallone bought the residence sight unseen after two video tours.
The daughters’ move from Hollywood to the East Coast was featured in the second season of “The Family Stallone” on Paramount+.
Stallone even had Sophia and Sistine, who live in the Big Apple, train with Navy SEALs to prepare them for their big move. Scarlet, who lives in Miami to study, was exempt from this.
The new building was designed by interior designer James Michael Howard, who is known for his impeccable Southern charm and style.
The apartment is fully furnished – equipped with expensive antiques from all over the world, custom-made furniture, artwork and finishes. It is also turnkey ready.
Everything is custom, from the brass fittings that Howard designed to the lighting and the hand-painted floors and walls, which were done by artisans, many of whom were flown in for the work. Howard even drew the carpet patterns and sizes to fit the rooms and had them made in countries like Nepal, an insider said.
The 11,644 square meter house is also just 1.66 km from the sea.
The residence also boasts its own spectacular amenities, including a pool and pool house, all on 1.1 acres.
The home opens to a double-height foyer with a dramatic staircase. There’s also a great room, eat-in kitchen that serves as the focal point of the property – along with a formal dining room, family room with a wood-burning fireplace, mudroom heated with radiant floors, and a master bedroom suite.
Additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, including a junior suite with balcony. On the ground floor there is a screening room and additional bedrooms.
