College football live scores, updates: Tulane at Oklahoma, Utah at Utah State and more

Week 3 doesn’t look very tempting at first glance, but you never know when a huge surprise will occur.

Saturday got off to a rocky start when No. 4 Alabama swept Wisconsin after Badgers QB Tyler Van Dyke suffered an injury on the opening drive. No. 6 Missouri followed that up with a nail-biting home win over No. 24 Boston College.

No. 16 LSU also had to come back on the road against South Carolina after falling behind 17-0 early. The Tigers did just that, picking up a crucial SEC win when the Gamecocks’ tying kick missed as time expired.

Perhaps the most notable result of the day was another disastrous loss for Florida State.

    A big rivalry game in September ends in a hair-raising victory. After looking shaky in the first two weeks, the Ducks pulled off a big win in Corvallis.

    Sooners QB Jackson Arnold fools his way through the Tulane defense and increases Oklahoma’s lead back to 11 with six minutes left in the game.

  • Utah 20, Utah State 14

    The Utes got the ball early in the second half and had no trouble getting inside Utah State’s 10-yard line. But the Aggies’ defense held firm there and Utah had to settle for a short field goal.

  • Oregon increases the score

    Jayden Limar with a 65-yard catch-and-run for another point for the Ducks.

    Oregon is making a big statement today against Oregon State.

    West Virginia kicks a 23-yard field goal and takes a 27-27 lead over Pitt.

  • Oklahoma on guard against surprises

    Tyler Grubbs intercepts the ball from OU’s Jackson Arnold and brings it back to the house, bringing Tulane within one point of the Sooners 👀

    Oklahoma leads 24-19 at the start of the 4th quarter.

  • Another touchdown for Oregon

    Oregon starts the 4th quarter with a 27-yard touchdown run by Noah Whittington.

    The Ducks pull away here and lead by 25.

    The Utes regained the lead with back-to-back touchdowns. Isaac Wilson found Caleb Lohner in the corner of the end zone for an 11-yard touchdown.

    CJ Donaldson Jr. shoots into the goal from 3.6 meters, crowning a beautiful advance by the Mountaineers.

    A good answer for WVU is a 24-24 tie against Pitt.

    After a turnover by the Utes, Utah State was in top form and had the opportunity to score more points. But USU quarterback Bryson Barnes forced a pass along the sideline and Utah’s Cameron Calhoun intercepted the ball.

    The Ducks had an open player with space on the third attempt, but Dillon Gabriel failed to make the throw and Oregon settled for a field goal to extend the lead to 25-14.

    The Utes finally calm down on offense and find the end zone. Isaac Wilson found Money Parks for an 11-yard touchdown.

  • Surprise alert: Utah State 14, Utah 3

    It’s still early, but the Aggies appear to be the clear underdogs in the Battle of the Brothers rivalry game. Former Ute Bryson Barnes has two touchdown passes for the Aggies. The second quarter has just begun.
