49ers beginner Ricky Pearsall was reunited Monday night with the first responders who saved his life after a horrific shooting incident last month … and the scene was emotional.
It all happened just before San Francisco’s game against the New York Jets at Levi’s Stadium … when Sergeant Joelle Harrell from the San Francisco Police Department and Dr. Lucy Kornblitha surgeon at SF General Hospital, walked onto the field with the wide receiver to show his appreciation.
Pearsall – the Niners’ 2024 first-round draft pick – presented the heroes with some signed jerseys … before giving them a big hug. The trio then received a standing ovation from the huge crowd in attendance.
The signed Pearsall outfits weren’t the only gift the two received…they also received 49ers helmets signed by the entire team.
Before leaving the area, Pearsall posed for photos with the duo… and then hugged them again.

Sergeant Harrell, of course, was the first officer to arrive and assist Pearsall after he was shot in the chest during an alleged botched robbery near Union Square on August 31. Dr. Kornblith is the surgeon who treated Pearsall when he was hospitalized.
Fortunately, the bullet missed vital organs and he was able to leave the hospital – and is now on the road to full recovery.
During Monday Night Football, it was reported that Pearsall should be back on the field soon as his wounds are healing well.
As for the suspected shooter … officials say he is a 17-year-old Californian who faced with several chargesincluding attempted murder.
