At least three people were injured in a shooting in downtown Denver on Tuesday evening.
Few details were immediately available, but Denver police said three men were taken to the hospital, one in critical condition and two with non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting was reported shortly before 6 p.m. at the corner of Wynkoop Street and 16th Street near Union Station.
Shortly before 6:45 p.m., Denver police announced that there was a large police presence on site and the crime scene was secured.
Denver police said investigators are working to gather information on the suspect, but a white SUV was cordoned off with police tape at the intersection of 16th and Wynkoop streets.
